Because of this we offer a variety of options to help make sure that you get your item as soon as possible. All shipping & handling prices are calculated based on the size and weight of an item. The exact cost of shipping and handling will be shown on the screen before you submit your payment. Shipping insurance is available on every order and we recommend using this service to make sure you are protected against any issues that may occur during the delivery process. However, you may opt out of the shipping insurance by unselecting that order option at the checkout. Please be advised however, that we are not responsible for the loss or damage of uninsured items. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, once your package is shipped. Our policy is to do our best to ship an item within 24 hours of the order being received, however, if you are paying with a personal check, please allow up to ten (10) business days for payment to clear before shipment.
U.S. Standard delivery (USPS First-Class Mail) usually arrives within 5-7 days from ship-out. Our "Free Shipping, Hassle Free" promotion applies to ALL Standard USPS Domestic shipping & handling charges on our website (www.DeadwoodKnives.com) transactions only. We will pay for 100% of ALL Standard USPS Domestic shipping and handling charges! And, you will still enjoy our Same Day Ship-Out* once your payment has cleared, because we believe in offering the most "hassle free" shopping experience possible.
U.S. Priority delivery (USPS Priority Mail) usually arrives within 2-4 days from ship-out. Please note that the US postal service does NOT guarantee the delivery time on this shipping method. However, we do our best to get your package shipped as soon as possible and again offer Same Day Ship-Out* on all U.S. domestic orders.
USPS Priority Express Mail 1-2 Day delivery is our fastest service, with overnight delivery to most U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes. Most packages are delivered within one day, however, some addresses may take up to 2 days to arrive. The US Postal service DOES guarantee the delivery time on this shipping method. Sunday and holiday delivery may also be available for additional fee, please contact us for details. And, as always, we offer Same Day Ship-Out* on all domestic orders. Please note that all Express shipping requires signature proof of delivery, unless special arrangements are made prior to ship-out.
UPS Ground is a domestic delivery service that usually arrives within 3-5 days from ship-out. Please note that UPS Ground service does NOT guarantee the delivery time on this shipping method. However, we do our best to get your package shipped as soon as possible and offer our Same Day Ship-Out* on all U.S. domestic orders. UPS does not pick-up on weekends.
UPS Next Day Air is a domestic delivery service (with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii) that arrives within 1 business day from ship-out date guaranteed by UPS to arrive in one business Day. As always, we offer Same Day Ship-Out* on all domestic orders. This method is the most expensive delivery method, however, if you need your item/gift delivered immediately, this may be the shipping method you need. Weekend delivery may also be available for additional fee, please contact us for details.
We will pay 50% of all Standard (First-class) USPS International shipping and handling charges. And, most international deliveries will also enjoy our Same/Next Day Ship-Out*, because we believe in offering the most "hassle free" shopping experience around world. Standard International Shipping is not available to some countries due to complications. Please contact us if you need delivery to these countries or if you are unable to complete your transaction... alternate shipping methods may be available for you. Due to Case Knives' new policy, U.S. retailers are no longer allowed to sell outside the U.S.A.! International orders that contain Case knives will be cancelled.
USPS Priority Mail Express International is available to most countries and will usually arrive in 5-8 days on average. Delivery time is not guaranteed and greatly depends on delivery location and possible customs delays. The majority of International Express deliveries will also enjoy our Same/Next Day Ship-Out*, because we believe in offering the most "hassle free" shopping experience around world. Due to Case Knives' new policy, U.S. retailers are no longer allowed to sell outside the U.S.A.! International orders that contain Case knives will be cancelled. Please contact us if you need more details, or if you are unable to complete your transaction.
We strongly encourage you to use the optional shipping insurance on every order. Once your package is shipped, we rely on the mail provider to get your package to you and so we are not responsible for the loss or damage of uninsured items! This is why shipping insurance is selected by default. However, this is an optional service and you may opt out of the shipping insurance by unchecking the option in the shopping cart. Shipping insurance will allow for replacement or refund of an item that has been lost or damaged during delivery. In the event of a damaged or lost item during shipment, please notify Deadwood Knives® immediately by emailing your full name, a description of the item and a detailed description of the damage, here.
We at Deadwood Knives® want you to be happy with your purchase. So, up to 90 days from the date of delivery, if for any reason your experience is not satisfactory... let us know! We will gladly refund your purchase price for any reason. Simply return your purchase, unused in it's original condition and packaging, and we will reverse your transaction as per our Return Policy. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Our Free LayAway Promotion allows us to hold items for you at no extra charge. If you would like to take advantage of our layaway option, you will need to contact us in order to place the down payment of 30% of the transaction total. Once the down payment has been paid, you will have 60 days to complete the remaining balance. Please keep in mind that we do allow exchanges on LayAway orders, but no refunds. When you purchase from Deadwood Knives®, we want you to be sure you have the best item that meets your expectations. Because of this we have a great return policy in place. You may return your item(s) back to us up to 90 days from the date the item was originally delivered. The item you are returning may not be used, sharpened or carried and must be returned in the same condition that it was received along with the original box, papers, etc. Please include a small note with your return that includes your name, phone number, and a brief reason why the item was returned. Upon receiving the product in acceptable condition, we can either replace it for you or refund your purchase price. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of all unwanted items.
