The blade material is 5160 Carbon Steel with Black Powder Coat finish. Note: Carbon Steel is generally harder than stainless steel, this allows the blade to hold a sharper edge, longer. However, Carbon Steel will corrode/rust if it's not cleaned and oiled regularly. The knife is presented with a MOLLE Nylon Sheath.
