The Canoe pocket knife is most obviously named for the shape of it's handle, but is also known to be a good fishing knife. The semi-blunt tipped Spear blade allows cutting without easily piercing and the knife's oval shape permits it to easily slip in and out of one's pocket. The traditional Canoe knife also includes the classic, all-purpose Pen blade and the larger Gunboat Canoe knife can also deploy a Sheepfoot Coping blade.
