All shipping & handling prices are calculated based on the size and weight of an item. The exact cost of shipping and handling will be shown on the screen before you submit your payment. Shipping insurance is available on every order and we recommend using this service to make sure you are protected against any issues that may occur during the delivery process. However, you may opt out of the shipping insurance by unselecting that order option at the checkout. Please be advised however, that we are not responsible for the loss or damage of uninsured items. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, once your package is shipped. Our policy is to do our best to ship an item within 24 hours of the order being received, however, if you are paying with a personal check, please allow up to ten (10) business days for payment to clear before shipment.

U.S. Standard delivery (USPS First-Class Mail) usually arrives within 5-7 days from ship-out. Our "Free Shipping, Hassle Free" promotion applies to ALL Standard USPS Domestic shipping & handling charges on our website (www.DeadwoodKnives.com) transactions only. We will pay for 100% of ALL Standard USPS Domestic shipping and handling charges! And, you will still enjoy our Same Day Ship-Out* once your payment has cleared, because we believe in offering the most "hassle free" shopping experience possible.

U.S. Priority delivery (USPS Priority Mail) usually arrives within 2-4 days from ship-out. Please note that the US postal service does NOT guarantee the delivery time on this shipping method. However, we do our best to get your package shipped as soon as possible and again offer Same Day Ship-Out* on all U.S. domestic orders.

USPS Priority Express Mail 1-2 Day delivery is our fastest service, with overnight delivery to most U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes. Most packages are delivered within one day, however, some addresses may take up to 2 days to arrive. The US Postal service DOES guarantee the delivery time on this shipping method. Sunday and holiday delivery may also be available for additional fee, please contact us for details. And, as always, we offer Same Day Ship-Out* on all domestic orders. Please note that all Express shipping requires signature proof of delivery, unless special arrangements are made prior to ship-out.

UPS Ground is a domestic delivery service that usually arrives within 3-5 days from ship-out. Please note that UPS Ground service does NOT guarantee the delivery time on this shipping method. However, we do our best to get your package shipped as soon as possible and offer our Same Day Ship-Out* on all U.S. domestic orders. UPS does not pick-up on weekends.

UPS Next Day Air is a domestic delivery service (with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii) that arrives within 1 business day from ship-out date guaranteed by UPS to arrive in one business Day. As always, we offer Same Day Ship-Out* on all domestic orders. This method is the most expensive delivery method, however, if you need your item/gift delivered immediately, this may be the shipping method you need. Weekend delivery may also be available for additional fee, please contact us for details.

We will pay 50% of all Standard (First-class) USPS International shipping and handling charges. And, most international deliveries will also enjoy our Same/Next Day Ship-Out*, because we believe in offering the most "hassle free" shopping experience around world. Standard International Shipping is not available to some countries due to complications. Please contact us if you need delivery to these countries or if you are unable to complete your transaction... alternate shipping methods may be available for you. We strongly encourage you to use the optional shipping insurance on every order. Once your package is shipped, we rely on the mail provider to get your package to you and so we are not responsible for the loss or damage of uninsured items! Shipping insurance will allow for replacement or refund of an item that has been lost or damaged during delivery. Our Free LayAway Promotion allows us to hold items for you at no extra charge. If you would like to take advantage of our layaway option, you will need to contact us in order to place the down payment of 30% of the transaction total. Once the down payment has been paid, you will have 60 days to complete the remaining balance. Please keep in mind that we do allow exchanges on LayAway orders, but no refunds.
