We want to make sure that your package gets to you quickly and securely. Because of this we offer a variety of options to help make sure that you get your item as soon as possible. All shipping & handling prices are calculated based on the size and weight of an item. The exact cost of shipping and handling will be shown on the screen before you submit your payment. Shipping insurance is available on every order and we recommend using this service to make sure you are protected against any issues that may occur during the delivery process. However, you may opt out of the shipping insurance by deselecting that order option at the checkout. Please be advised however, that we are not responsible for the loss or damage of uninsured items. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, once your package is shipped. Our policy is to do our best to ship an item within 24 hours of the order being received, however, if you are paying with a personal check, please allow up to ten (10) business days for payment to clear before shipment.

UPS Ground is a domestic delivery service that usually arrives within 3-6 days from ship-out. Please note that UPS Ground service does NOT guarantee the delivery time on this shipping method. However, we do our best to get your package shipped as soon as possible and offer our Same Day Ship-Out* on all U.S. domestic orders.
UPS Next Day Air is a domestic delivery service (with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii) that arrives within 1 business day from ship-out date, guaranteed by UPS to arrive in one business Day. As always, we offer Same Day Ship-Out* on all domestic orders. This method is the most expensive delivery method, however, if you need your item/gift delivered immediately, this may be the shipping method you need. We will pay 50% of all Standard (First-class) USPS International shipping and handling charges. And, most international deliveries will also enjoy our Same/Next Day Ship-Out*, because we believe in offering the most "hassle free" shopping experience around world. Standard International Shipping is not available to some countries due to complications. We strongly encourage you to use the optional shipping insurance on every order. Once your package is shipped, we rely on the mail provider to get your package to you and so we are not responsible for the loss or damage of uninsured items! Shipping insurance will allow for replacement or refund of an item that has been lost or damaged during delivery. When you purchase from Deadwood Knives®, we want you to be sure you have the best item that meets your expectations. Because of this we have a great return policy in place. You may return your item(s) back to us up to 90 days from the date the item was originally delivered. The item you are returning may not be used, sharpened or carried and must be returned in the same condition that it was received along with the original box, papers, etc. Please include a small note with your return that includes your name, phone number, and a brief reason why the item was returned. Upon receiving the product in acceptable condition, we can either replace it for you or refund your purchase price. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of all unwanted items.

Any personalized, laser engraved items are not accepted as a return for any reason. We are unable to engrave using any images, graphics, emojis, or logos which are copyrighted or trademarked. Prices for engraving are subject to change without notice. Cancellations of orders or custom work are not possible once the engraving process has begun.
