Handcrafted in the U.S.A., this handsome Kershaw Scallion Liner Lock is about 3 1/2 inches long (folded/closed) and weighs approximately 2.5 ounces. The handle is textured Black Glass-filled Nylon with Pocket Clip, Safety Tip-Lock, and Lanyard Hole. This knife utilizes a 2 1/2" Locking Drop-point blade with a partially serrated recurved edge, swedge, thumb ramp jimping, finger lever/guard and thumb studs aided by Speedsafe reflex spring. The blade material is 420HC High Carbon Steel with Bead-Blasted Finish. Note: Carbon Steel is generally harder than stainless steel, this allows the blade to hold a sharper edge, longer. However, Carbon Steel will corrode/rust if it's not cleaned and oiled regularly.
