This handsome Kershaw Strata Frame Lock is approximately 5 1/2 inches long (folded/closed) and weighs approximately 3.7 ounces. The handle is Black G10 and Stainless Steel with a Bead-blasted finish and right-carry tip-up pocket clip. This knife utilizes a 4 1/2" Locking Clip-point blade with finger lever. The blade material is D2 Carbon Steel with Bead-blasted finish. Note: Carbon Steel is generally harder than stainless steel, this allows the blade to hold a sharper edge, longer. However, Carbon Steel will corrode/rust if it's not cleaned and oiled regularly.
