Handcrafted in the U.S.A., this classic American Case Trapper is about 4 1/8 inches long (folded/closed) and weighs approximately 3.8 ounces. The handle is Gator Jig Persimmon Orange Bone with a Nickel Silver CASE Bowtie Inlay shield. The bolsters are Highly polished Nickel Silver. This knife utilizes a 3 1/4" Clip blade and 3 1/4" Spey blade. Stamped with pattern number 6254 CS, the blade material is 1095 Carbon Steel with a mirror-polished finish. Note: Carbon Steel is generally harder than stainless steel, this allows the blade to hold a sharper edge, longer. However, Carbon Steel will corrode/rust if it's not cleaned and oiled regularly.
