Handcrafted in the U.S.A., this classic American Case RW Caper Fixed Blade is about 8 5/8 inches long (total) and weighs approximately 6.3 ounces. The handle is Natural Tan Micarta with brass pins and a lanyard hole. This knife utilizes a 4 1/8" Drop Point blade with a plain edge. Stamped with pattern number 1095 CS, the blade material is 1095 Carbon Steel with a Stonewashed finish. Note: Carbon Steel is generally harder than stainless steel, this allows the blade to hold a sharper edge, longer. However, Carbon Steel will corrode/rust if it's not cleaned and oiled regularly. Designed by Roland Welker, the winner of History Channel's "Alone" Season 7. The knife is presented with a Leather/Kydex Sheath, Black Scabbard, and Story/Care Card.
