This knife utilizes a full-tang 10" Butcher blade with a 2.5mm thickness. The blade material is 1095 Carbon Steel with Brushed finish. Note: Carbon Steel is generally harder than stainless steel, this allows the blade to hold a sharper edge, longer. However, Carbon Steel will corrode/rust if it's not cleaned and oiled regularly.
