The handle is smooth Navy Blue Synthetic with an Oval Nickel Silver Stars & Stripes Inlay shield. The bolsters are Fluted Nickel Silver. This knife utilizes a 3 1/4" Clip blade and 3 1/4" Spey blade. Stamped with pattern number 4254 SS, the blade material is Tru-Sharp Surgical Stainless Steel with Mirror-polished finish. The knife is presented with a hinged Cigar Box.
