Handcrafted in Japan, this handsome Spyderco Dragonfly 2 Back Lock is approximately 3 3/8 inches long (folded/closed) and weighs approximately 1.2 ounces. The contoured handle is lightweight Burgundy Fiberglass Reinforced Nylon with Non-Slip Bi-Directional Texturing, a Back Lock, a reversible tip-up wire pocket clip, and a Keychain/Lanyard Hole. This knife utilizes a 2 3/8" Locking Leaf-Shaped blade with a plain edge, 2.5mm (0.098") thickness, full-flat grind, thumb ramp, spine jimping, finger choil, and a thumb hole. The blade material is Micro-Melt PD#1 with a Black Titanium Carbonitride (TiCN) coating. Note: Carbon Steel is generally harder than stainless steel, this allows the blade to hold a sharper edge, longer. However, Carbon Steel will corrode/rust if it's not cleaned and oiled regularly.
