The handle is a Natural Canvas Micarta with a finger guard, reversible tip-up wire pocket clip, lanyard hole, and jimping on the backspacer for a reverse grip. This knife utilizes a 2 7/8" Locking Reverse Tanto blade with a plain edge, 4mm thickness(.155") , a thumb hole, finger choil and a finger lever. The blade material is M398 Stainless Steel with a Satin finish. The Yaru was designed to be used more intensively than the more compact Suru. The idea was to create a functional knife that conveyed solidity during use and could perform as well as a small fixed blade. The knife is presented with a Leather Sheath.
